Please include why you want to make this bespoke piece, any design ideas, timelines and budgets if you have them.
3. Pick Your Favourite Design

ALTRA will then share draft visual concepts and we will meet to refine and confirm your perfect design.
After this appointment we will follow up with a final invoice and request a 50% deposit to begin production.
2. Share your story

We will meet In-person or virtually to delve deeper into your inspiration and story. In the process, we discover a range of diamonds, gemstones and materials for us to explore in the creation of your piece.
4. We Create & You Receive

ALTRA now begins production made with the highest quality materials to ensure you are left with a piece that will last a lifetime. This will take five to seven weeks.
When your bespoke piece is ready we will reach out and arrange a final appointment for collection or secure shipping. We're also more than happy to suggest Insurance providers for peace of mind.
