Where does beauty come from?

I’ve been thinking about beauty lately.

Plato once said that beauty awakens the soul.
There are moments when a face, a colour, a sound

touches something inside us
that we didn’t even know was there.

It feels familiar, like something we somehow always knew.

Aristotle believed beauty comes from harmony, not perfection.
Beauty isn’t flawless; it’s balanced.
It’s the way someone’s personality fits their gestures,
the way their presence just feels… right.

For me, beauty is presence.
It’s honesty.
It’s alignment between the inside and the outside.
It’s a moment that makes you pause, because it feels true.

Maybe that’s why the journey of self-love, deconditioning,
and inner work matters so much.
The more we return to who we really are,
the more beauty becomes something we radiate,
the more we begin to see.
