Our pieces are made to last a lifetime and we guarantee every piece we make so that you can pass them down to future generations.

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if your piece doesn't fit ALTRA will repair, replace, or refund. With ALTRA you are choosing to spend your money with a conscious designer and create a lifetime bond.

While we are committed to your 100% satisfaction we do not offer returns/refunds if you "change your mind".
