Altra Jewellery Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Competition Overview
The competition is run by Altra Jewellery ("the Promoter").
To enter, participants must make a purchase on the Altra Jewellery website before December 3, 2024.
After making a purchase, participants must tag a friend in the competition post on Instagram.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Altra Jewellery and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, you must: Make a purchase on the Altra Jewellery website between November 26th 2024 and December 3, 2024.
Tag one friend in the official competition post on Altra Jewellery’s Instagram page.
Entries are only valid for purchases made on the Altra Jewellery website.
4. Prize Details
The prize consists of a Langham Spa experience for two at The Langham, Sydney, Australia.
The prize includes a spa treatment for two and access to the spa facilities. Any additional costs (e.g., travel, accommodation, food) are the responsibility of the winner.
The prize must be redeemed within one year from date recieved, subject to availability and any restrictions of The Langham, Sydney.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
The winner will be announced on Altra Jewellery’s Instagram page on December 6, 2024.
The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
6. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
The winner must be able to claim the prize in Sydney and arrange their own travel to The Langham, Sydney.
The winner may be required to provide additional identification to claim the prize.
7. Personal Data
By entering the competition, you consent to Altra Jewellery collecting and using your personal data for the purpose of administering the competition.
Altra Jewellery will not share your personal details with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment (e.g., with The Langham, Sydney).
8. Instagram Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
By entering the competition, you release Instagram from any liability related to the competition.
9. Liability and Disputes
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these T&Cs or acts in a fraudulent manner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent entries from being received.
Any disputes relating to the competition must be addressed to the Promoter directly.
10. Changes to the Competition
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time, including changing the prize, without notice.
11. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of NSW.
