Return Policy

Resize
In line with our lifetime promise we guarantee we will make any ring fit that is within 2 sizes from what you have ordered. If your ring is the wrong size upon receipt of the delivery, please contact us via email. In some cases though there may not be a solution because the size ordered is too different to what you need in reality.
 

Repair
Repairs are available and are assessed by case. Depending on the case they may incur a fee.

Return and exchanges
While we are committed to be 100% satisfied we do not offer refunds if you "change your mind". 

 

We will not exchange or return sale items or custom pieces or gift cards.

Please note that returns can not be made from a stockist. Please visit the stockist where the item was purchased from and follow their Returns Policy.
 

Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Variations
Variations in stone colours, overall shape, texture and finish are normal, each piece is unique - if you would like your piece to be identical to the photo, please let me know via email.

 

Postage
Customers will be responsible for all postage and redelivery charges for returns & resizing.
